We want you to love your knitting experience, but if your kit or yarn isn't a perfect match, you can return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your customer account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

Prepare Your Package

Place the unused yarn, needles, or kits back into their original packaging, ensuring the items are secure and the Return Authorization is included inside.

Ship the Items

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
